Solar PV Panels

Living in an estate or built up area may not be ideal for a wind turbine, but if your property has a south facing roof, then you can use it to help you generate your own electricity. The PV panels use the sunlight to produce photons which are converted into electrons and are then fed into your power supply. The electricity produced can be used within your house and the surplus sold to the main grid.

At the moment we are undertaking MCS accreditation of Solar PV panel installation and we hope to be able to offer you the ability to apply for the government funded NI Rocs (Northern Ireland Renewable Obligation Certificate) in the near future.
